What to expect & FAQ

01. How do I book a session?

To book a session, visit our Booking Page or contact us directly by phone or email. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

02. What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens—we get it. You may reschedule your session with at least 24-hour notice at no extra cost. Reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 fee.

03. When will I receive my photos?

For regular sessions, delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Weddings and events may take 10–12 weeks. Rush processing is available for an additional fee upon request.

04. Will I receive all the photos taken?

No. Only the best images are selected and fully edited to ensure high quality. We do not provide RAW or unedited files.

05. Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes. We offer high-quality prints, wall art, and heirloom albums. You can purchase prints à la carte or as part of your package.

06. What if the weather is bad?

We monitor forecasts and will contact you if rescheduling is necessary. You may also reschedule your session due to weather concerns without penalty.

07. Can I bring someone with me to my session?

Only those being photographed should attend the session. Extra guests can distract from the session and reduce the quality of your shoot unless they have been pre-approved during your booking.

08. Are digital images included in the session fee?

Yes, all sessions include a set number of fully retouched digital images. Additional images and edits are available for purchase.

09. Do you travel for shoots?

Absolutely. We include travel within Palm Beach County and Saint Lucie County. For shoots outside this area, a travel fee may apply depending on distance and session type.

10. What should I wear or bring to my session?

We’ll send you a prep guide tailored to your session type. In general, choose neutral tones and minimal patterns, and avoid logos. Bring any props, wardrobe changes, or essentials relevant to your shoot.

11. Can I post the images on social media?

Of course! We just ask that you don’t crop, apply filters, or remove watermarks. Proper credit is appreciated: tag us @Scayverphoto.

12. Will you use my images online or for marketing?

We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, ads, and social media. If you’d prefer your images not be used, please let us know in writing before your session.

13. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For wedding and multi-session packages, we offer payment plans. Final balances must be paid prior to the session or event date.

1. What happens if I cancel my session?

All retainers and payments are non-refundable. We highly recommend rescheduling instead of canceling to avoid losing your payment.

Fully Retouched Images

Every delivered photo is professionally retouched—not just filtered.

We believe in honest, natural beauty with a polished finish. Retouching isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about highlighting your best features, removing distractions, and enhancing the image’s overall mood and story.

Included in every retouched image:

  • Skin tone balancing and smoothing
  • Blemish and distraction removal
  • Teeth whitening and eye brightening
  • Background cleanup (e.g., trash cans, signs, photo-bombers)
  • Color grading and artistic tone adjustments
  • Composition enhancements and cropping

We include 3 complimentary fully retouched images per standard session. Additional retouched images can be purchased à la carte based on your needs.

Full Day Coverage

From the moment you start getting ready to your last dance—we’re there for it all.

Our full-day coverage is ideal for weddings, events, or personal brand days where every detail matters. We won’t miss the moments that matter—planned or spontaneous.

What full-day coverage includes:

  • Up to 8 consecutive hours of photography
  • One or two photographers based on your event size
  • Detailed timeline planning and coordination
  • Coverage from prep to exit (and everything in between)
  • Additional time available by the hour

Full Access to Your Images

We believe your images should be yours—no strings attached.

When you book a session with us, you’re not just getting watermarked previews or a limited gallery. You receive the full set of high-resolution, professionally edited images with complete printing and usage rights.

What “Full Access” includes:

  • Downloadable high-resolution files
  • Web-ready formats for fast social sharing
  • No watermarks on final images
  • Organized folders: favorites, all images, retouched selections
  • Lifetime backup on our client archive (by request)
  • Commercial license included for branding clients
  • Full print rights (so you can print anywhere)

You’ll always have the freedom to use your images how and where you want—whether that’s for a billboard or a baby album.
