DESTINATION WEDDING

We love traveling to capture weddings anywhere your love story takes you. For destination weddings, in addition to the package prices listed below, clients are responsible for covering transportation, lodging, and meals. To make the process simple, we recommend that you book the flight and hotel since you’re already familiar with the location and the best accommodations. We kindly ask to stay at the same resort as the majority of the wedding party for convenience and to ensure we’re close by when needed.

For travel, we typically prefer:

Flights: Arriving the early afternoon before the wedding

Return Flights: Departing late afternoon the day after the wedding

Once you’ve selected the flights, please share the booking details with us so we can confirm everything works with our schedule.

Yes! You’ll receive your images on a link that includes two folders:

Faves: Specially selected images with extra Photoshop attention

All Files: Every edited image from your wedding and sessions

Preview: A photo preview will be posted on our website 1–2 months after your wedding.

Full Gallery: Your complete set of digital images will be e-mailed to the address you provide within 3–4 months.

After receiving your wedding photos:

Fill out the wedding album form and send it via email.

Album design proofs will be emailed within 2–3 months.

After your approval and corrections, final publishing takes 1–2 months.

Please note: You must submit your album form within one year of your wedding date.

Once approved, the finished album arrives within 2 months.

Remember: You have 1 year from your wedding date to submit your order form and complete your corrections.

You have three options:

Add Additional Coverage: $500 per hour (arranged and paid before the wedding day).

Stage a “Fake Exit”: Create a staged exit with the bridal party and family using sparklers, petals, or bubbles.

Skip the Exit Photos: If time is limited, we’ll focus on other moments.

Cocktail hour details

Photos must wrap up 45 minutes before the ceremony as guests arrive.

Have flowers delivered at least 30 minutes before pre-ceremony photos if you want them included.

Check with your venue about early access and any photography rules.

Build the timeline backwards from your planned exit time.

Remember: timelines are estimates. Being ready on time ensures we capture the photos you want.

Flush Mount: Premium albums with thick, lay-flat pages and vibrant color.

Hinge Bound: A beautiful, more traditional option with thinner, elegant pages.

Yes! We’ll create a custom layout using your favorite images. You’ll receive proofs to review and request any changes before it’s finalized.

Ideally, the ceremony should end about 30 minutes before sunset to take advantage of the best natural light. If you’re not doing a first look, aim to finish 45 minutes before sunset.
